Yea i see everywhere about if ur using flow lights that you will want them 1 - 2 inches away from the top of your plant, but what i wanna no is what when the plant grows up to the light and touches it? Since im wanting short plants do i want to keep the light where it is or do i move the light up just a little bit more?

Also i mr.slow high all day everyday wasnt paying attention to when they popped out the ground so i have no clue how old they are if anyone can tell like around how old they would be that would help ^^, and do they look healthy? i be a first time grower.

What you need to do is plant them in pots buried up to the bottom of the leaves. they're stretchy and you didn't leave much room for piling up soil at the top of the pot..... That'll also drop the height a bit... then when you put them under light try to place them 1/2 under & 1/2 at the side of bulb and rotate them a few times daily to avoid them bending over too much....

In my grow I have shelves and drop the plants not raise the lights... I've read too many "opps dropped light on plant while adjusting" posts.. Luck.

Thanks for the feedback yea i was thinking about the re buring them further down in the pots but i didnt no if they needed to be buried over the circle leaves or have those leaves above soil. Or are you talking about i need to have them buried up to the area that has a bunch of leaves?
Yea and sorry i didnt mean move the lights because i have my pots stacked on cd cases so if i need them closer to the lights i just add more cd cases and if i need to lower them i just take away cd cases.

You can bury them up to the circle leaves but not above.
Plants are stretching quite a bit. If the temps are ok then try removing the plastic guard around the bulb as it may be dissipating some of your light. You can stay between 0.5 and 1 inch on that bulb. Rotate them if possible as per Twistyman's advice.
No idea on age, but maybe work on 10 - 14 days.

Ok kool thanks man, yea i was thinking that they are around 2 weeks old and the bigger 1 atleast 2w and acouple of days. Thanks for the help.
