I've never been to Barbados.

This rum is the best I've ever tasted -- and 86 proof!
Way better than Appletons, IMHO.
Bacardi is swill.

I only tried the Eclipse one and was nicely surprised. For the price, it's actually really good. Gonna try this Black Barrel next time I get chance.

I had one too many Lemon Hart (151) and cocaine fueled runs back in the day before I switched to Bourbons. Hamilton, Lost Spirits and Black Tot were pretty tasty but were over proof/Navy strength. Rum still seems like good value for the $$ unlike Bourbons nowadays. Arrrr matey.
