Mould & Hempy Buckets in 4' x 4' closet

Ok, first off I apologize if this topic has already been covered in a thread, but some threads are 500 pages long! I also apologize if I've posted this topic in the wrong forum. (Two apologies. What's your first hint I'm a Canadian?). I have a 3.5' x 4' flowering chamber (with a 5' ceiling; 400 watt HPS), with a 2' veg/clone chamber above (250 watt CFL), in a closet in a spare bed room. I currently have eight plants in flower (I'm maxed out) in regular grow buckets with a 2-to-1 ratio of Promix-perlite. Here's my question: if I switch to Hempy buckets, despite the fact I live in an arid part of North America, am I more suspectible to mould? The reason I ask: the other night I had a visitor so the night before I watered the plants in veg and flower (6 weeks) and sealed the room off. I didn't leave the window open because we've had a shitload of thunderstorms recently. When I went to check the plants when my visitor was asleep in the middle of the night, I was greeted by a wall of hot, moist air. Granted I usually have the window open in the summer (and in the future, I don't plan to flower plants during the summer months), and except when I have visitors I leave the door open to that bedroom and let air circulate through my place (I have a good carbon filter, in addition to other odour controls). My initial thought is, there's no greater threat of mould (whether it's the plants or in the room) in Hempy Buckets than my current set-up, but I'd like to hear from someone who's actually done Hempy Buckets in a closet. My reason for wanting to make the switch is two-fold: 1. I hate working with dusty Promix and perlite inside when it's *&%$ -20 during the winter, and it sounds like you might get better yields from Hempy Buckets, which -- as I understand it -- are basically a passive hydro system.

Oh yeah, my plan for the Hempy Buckets was perlite at the bottom and coco noir to fill out the buckets. I've never worked with coco, so I have no idea if it's any less dusty than Promix.
