Mother plant problems

i took my 2nd set of cuttings off of them and im having problems. 1st cutting i only took 3. this time i took 10. most of them was on the top of the plant cause i was trying to level them out. cuttings came off 4 days ago. i expected a little shock cause i took so many, but this is looking really bad. is my plant going to be ok or is it dead?

I say bang her with some food and if that doesnt work in a week, re-pot her
