Just curious what would be the Best light for a mother, 150 Hps?

1000 watt MH would be the best. For a few mothers.
A not sure what the output of a 200watt MH would be but it should be enough to keep a mother happy. Hell 4 23 watt CFLs will keep it happy.

150hps would be way to much then lol ok thanks a lot
