Rootbound or root issues. What was your PPM when everything was going good? Res size etc?

No smell and dwc when I changed the water I saw the roots and they are all in a clump aka root bound

Not so sure about the rootbound hydro thing. Always thought that was just a dirt thing.

But I'd get out my scissors and trim them back. People do it in soil grows all the time.

How much do you cut back and how you do you go about it, never done it before

ChiefDog,
Well without pictures I'll just give you guidelines. I'd trim off half the rootmass. Mostly from outside and bottom but maybe even some from the center of rootmass to allow better circulation to all roots. Take a clone cutting just in case it dies.

PS: Just use a clean scissors and maybe a little super thrive after.

If it’s slimy it’s rootrot but you could just replace it with a clone of it, if you already have one rooted. Did you let the water run out?

So I started a couple new clones to be mothers and transplanted them into there now homes root growth is great but I do not see any new plant growth yet
