No idea. I have ordered from Seed Boutique, Attitude, SeedMadness, Simplycannabisseeds, Single Seed Center, no problems. Next order will likely be from SeedMadness.

never had "any," problems with dr. greenthumb. seed boutique has always delivered, but once i got some really bad germination rates from some beans. i told them about it, and they told me they'd make it up to me on my next order, which they did...
