Most ridiculous thing I have ever done

Ok, so I'm at my local hardware store and i'm looking in the light bulb section. There are these brand new 23watt 6500k lights for 10$. Then a 40watt 2700k(they dont sell 6500k 40wats) for 20$. I bought a couple. And about a month goes by and I come back and I'm looking for more bulbs. Well I look a little off to the right into a next isle kind of and I find 79CENT 20watt 6500k bulbs.. 79cents per bulb. Unbelievably why these are so much cheaper!

(warning) u get what u pay for with bulbs,hardware store bulbs are definitely not something i would waste time with.
