So im doing a ghetto closet grow right now becuase this is all the space i have.. i planted
2x DNA 60 day wonder(s) fem
1x dutch passion snowstorm fem [FONT=Tahoma, sans-serif]

So here it is.. planted the seeds jul 2, they all seemed to sprout pretty nicely (except the n lights, looks like he never properly rooted
) i've been letting the little ones get some sun on the windowsill I only watered them with distilled water twice so far, mostly moistening up the soil. I'm going to let the soil dry out before watering again (possibly today or tomorrow)
Anyways we've been having a HORRID heatwave the last few days, like 104 Fahrenheit (no joke) and the ventilation in my room/closet is pretty poor, and im pretty sure these guys spent the night in a hot lit closet with a fan on them. Looks like one of the 60 day wonders is getting a little purple discoloration in the lower stem(?) and is keeling over, im guessing it's the heat, since the starting soil is still damp, i definitely haven't over watered.. in fact i've been holding off untill i see the soil look drier. Today is jul 9 for dating purposes.

Okay sorta question 2.. I planted this little mystery bag gal about 5 weeks ago in an Aero setup. This was before i did more research and came to the conclusion that i want to build my own hydro setup and try growing a couple in soil.. But yeah this one has gone through a lot.. in a most non-excellent stoner move I've given her cold water by accident about 2 weeks into her growth and stunted her a bit.. Since then I've added an additional airstone to the setup, and have been laying off on the nutes (AG standard for now untill i get my foxfarm in the mail) she's bounced back nicely and has been going through growth spurts!
Now my question is, should i wait to see what sex it is along with growing the seedlings, since it seems the Auto's i planted have a shorter lifespan. Or just sex it now on the 12/12 lighting schedule (it's approx 6") and keep the seedlings on a sun diet until they buff up enough to be transferred? I feel most likely it's a male.. but im hoping otherwise.. We've gone through a lot together i'd love to see her bloom! BUT if it's a dude i'd love to just use the Aero for growing veggies and such..

OH OH and one more question, since i did this in a bit of haste and couldn't obtain rockwool cubes, i used a soil based germ sheet for the babies, now is it possible to transfer a few of the soil grown seedlings to hydro w/clay pellets? Sorry it seems like a dumb question and i haven't really been able to find anything online about it.

This is my first serious grow.. by that i mean i'm self employed by other legal means, but im sick of paying east coast rates for decent bud and i want to just smoke me my girl and guests up..
I'm loving this, mainly becuase it's an interesting experience playing the "parent" i feel like if i had a goldfish it would be dead by now lol.. BUT doing this i'm learning a lot of patience, and my stoner brain in it's limited capacity is adding wrinkles of knowledge every day, and i'm great-full for it!
