More Trouble With Attitude/Customs?

Three weeks ago I received a shipment from Attitude that had been opened by US Customs as it entered the US. The beans were gone and they used tape marked ' Opened By US Customs" to reseal the T-shirt still in the package. I contacted Attitude customer relations (Laura) and she had me send her scans of the package that showed the green Customs tape on it. She contacted me on 1-3 to say they were replacing my beans. Now it's been 2 weeks and no package. Although I have used Attitude exclusively for years I am thinking I will have to look somewhere else for my beans. Anyone got any suggestions for a grower needing a reliable supplier? BigSteve - now cloning my ass off!
