More nutrient strength for more plants?

Hi guys!

I want to ask you if i use DWC or any other hydroponic/aeroponic system and if i have for example 2 plants in same reservoir do i need to add 2x more nutrient per gallon?

You make your mixes for all the girls (thats why you start them all at the same time), feed them the mix appropiate to their stage of development...That mix and reservior is indeed for all the girls hooked up to the same hydro/aero system.

Well i have DWC so it doesn't matter how many plants are in one reservoir the nutrient strength must be same as if there would be only one plant in reservoir?

Exactly! The nute mixes are for any number of plants that the amount of solution can water, for the specified growth stage. So if you are DWC and have 30 plants in veg, that nute mix would feed all 30 from the same res.

Ye well they suck a lot. Does this formula work as how much of ml of nutrients i need to add so i get the amount of EC i want : ((target-current)/target)*X ml per litter * A litters in reservoir

It is a Ratio. If your nutrient ask for 10 ml per 4 liters and you want to mix 20 liters then it would be 50ml. It is just like mixing oil into gas for a two stroke engine. 50:1, 20:1 what ever. It does not matter how many plants you have. Stick with the Ratio.

4liters:10ml=20liters:50ml

Myself, if my plants eat up nutrient soup, I never add water AND Nutrients. If I MUST, I just add water. Other then that, I mix a new batch.

Well i thought i wouldn't change reservoir until flowering. And every day i would check for EC level and use that formula to add water and nutrients to match my EC which would be needed. Like in lucas formula.
