Less is more when dealing with humidity and a flowering marijuana plant. Less humidity = less chance of mold = more tokable smokables.
Lower that humidity as much as possible. Buy a dehumidifier if you can afford one. If not, get a bigger exhaust fan to suck out more water vapor, or multiple smaller ones.
As far as what to do regarding the actual mold, you have a few options. The first is, since that spot is so tiny (at least it looks tiny) you can just pluck it off and be done with it. Your second option is to scrape it off as much as possible, as Marlboro already stated, and I would suggest spraying some buttermilk on the area after you scrape it. Buttermilk contains mold killing bacteria. If you just pluck it off though, you have a much less chance of that area become affected again. However, considering how high the humidity is, the chances of a reoccurrence are still very high regardless of your method. Get that humidity down whichever way you can.
Good luck man, and keep us posted on what you do and how it turns out.
