Mold or Algae growing inside of pot

We are doing an indoor grow under T8 flouros (upgrading to a mh soon). Temperature is a solid 82 degrees in the area. Plants are in a soil base, but we started them in peat pots for easier transplanting later. They are about a week old. We water them 3 times a week, as they are seedlings. This is our first grow.

Yesterday after watering, I noticed a light green mold or algae on the inside of one of the peat pots. Nothing is on the plants themselves or the soil, jsut along the areas of the pots that are moist. Closer inspection of the other seedlings show similar patches, but this is the only one where it is prominent. Should I be worried about this, and what COA should I take if any action is needed?

I like to stir my soil around with a fork (aerates and prevents this(only on top though not deep)) That looks alot like mold to me.
