Mold on Roots.

I recently cloned a white widow and during the process i believe i may have grown myself a small garden of mold in the growing dome. so i take my plant out and spray the dome with bleach and rinsed it with water and i let it air out then i put the plant back into the dome. Well i come back to the clone a few days later and theres still no mold. I pick the plant up and theres roots growing out of the bottom of its container! yay! Well i cut the pot apart and carefully removed the drywool stuff out of the pot. I look closer at the roots and low and behold.. theres white tiny white hairs all in a bunch on one of the roots. I planted it anyways in soil, and im hoping the mold goes away over time. Any chemicals i can use on the plant to kill the mold?

From your description I don't think its mold, If it is give it a bit of H202 that will kill any spores you may have.. HTH
