mold, maybe? plus others..

hey now.. think the sprinklers hit my ladies the other night, now i think mold is startin to grow.. what do u think? next.. all the tips on all the leaves are burnt.. whats up with that? and last.. every time i give it molasass a bunch of leaves get a white frostin over them.. how normal is that? thanx for any info.. growin in the fox farm family of nutes, ocean mix with pearl,big bloom,tiger bloom,with a bit of mothers molasass.. water every other day or about that..
