Mold in nute bottle?

I recently looked inside my bottle of Fox Farms Tiger Bloom and noticed what appeared to be white fuzzy mold floating on the surface. It's only a little more than a year old. I have no idea how mold would have gotten in there, as I keep the bottle capped. Has anybody ever experienced or even heard of this? I'm assuming it's no good to use and must be thrown out.

I'd call em! I've read that nutes have a shelf life to about a year but can go longer if stored properly

Ah, I didn't realize the shelf life was that short. Guess I won't buy such a big bottle next time.

organics have a short shelf life best to buy 1L/1Q at a time in case of stuff like this happening

GH has the same problems with the floralisous additives will mold & go rancid quickly
