First time grower here. This is one of my Gorilla Glue ladies. she's been drying for 7 days now at 18C with RH levels of 50-55. I see some small brown discolouration on the stems and on some petals? Is this cause for concern or am I just being paranoid?? Does it usually turn yellowish/brownish when dried??

Bud rot is very easy to spot. I just had some on my outdoors plant.

The leaves will be brown towards the stem/branch, the branch will be brown too and mushy. It's really something you cannot miss, even if you've never seen it before first hand.

Your pictures do not show bud rot. Maybe make more pictures.

heres some other pictures. when harvesting I did notice some bud rot, but cut out all the parts that I had found. this just seems to be slight discolouration so maybe some other form of mold?
Well It does look discolored somewhat. If you already found bud rot then it's possible that it started and then died as it dried out. Mold needs moisture to grow.

Those pistils do look suspect. I'd scope it real good inside.

^^^ yah. Also mold spores are a lot smaller so they will look like a little cloud of dust/smoke when released
I did see a little bit of stuff floating around but it was only a few particles- it didn't look like a cloud, majority of stuff was falling down. I'm wondering if this mold, how much is a harmful amount?

Hard to say, we all have had moldy weed at some time over the years. I would probably draw the line at open mouth sores and bloody stools

I doubt anyone is gonna give you a straight answer to this. Sounds like you're probably okay though. If I suspect mold but it's not readily visible, I'll give it a little scratch with the tip of the scissors and see if any spores puff out. Well lit against a dark background works best.
