Molasses.

Generally 1 tablespoon per gallon, but some people give more. Just a note though-flushing is not necessary, and really won't have any effect on how your bud tastes. The taste is all in the drying and curing, and all flushing does is deprive your plant of needed nutrients when it's in the most critical stage of it's development. If you stop giving your plants nutes about 4-5 days before harvest and just give them slightly heavy waterings without nutes (but with molasses added) you will accomplish pretty much the same thing (i.e. using up the nutes left in the soil and stored in the plants leaves), but your plants will stay healthy and green right up until harvest instead of going yellow and dropping leaves.
