Yes it is basically an organic fertilizer. Molasses average npk is 1-0-5 so when used it is effective but requires micro orginisims to make the nutes/carbs availible. Be careful using too much because the top layer of soil when dry. Up to 2tbsp per gal.

Th stuff I use says unsuphured right on the front label. "Grandma's Gold Standard All Natural Unsulfured molasseshow do you know if its unsulphered or not? do you read the nutrients on the back or what, am i suppose to not see sulphur written within the ingritients or in the nutrients?
