Im a first time grower and my girls are in there 6 week of flowering and I wa wondering , I have heared about using molasses in soil but can or do you use it in hydroponics??

Not a good idea.

Molasses is sure to gum up your pump/sprayers/drippers/pretty much everything.

There are equivilent products out there that are designed with the hydro grower in mind.

what do u think about rockwool could i use it in that ??

I agree do not use it, I tried it several times and it seems like it produced a slimy algae or something in the reservoir.
