imho blackstrap molasses is better because in comparison to regular molasses it is more aged, refined, less sugar content, and has more vitamins and minerals.

Blackstrap has less sugar and more nutes. use blackstrap it literally has 70% more nutes.. you want less sugar

also.. it only works if you are growing organic

Blackstrap is a step in the refining process, the third IIRC.

Yeah I mean blackstrap should be better than say Grandmas, but the most important thing is that it isn't sulphured

teah i know about the sulphur a mate growing as well says that if its not blackstrap it can choke roots but cant find anyone to back him up . my buds are looking good though
