Molasses in VEG?

what up everybody? just got another question for you guys out there if you can help...so i wanted to know how often do you guys use molasses in your watering schedule? like alternate between fresh water, nutes, and molasses every other watering? appreciate any advice

Some use it every watering

ive used it every watering with no problems before
but i dont think its needed, 1 or 2 times a week should be good
but that was during flowering, im not sure about using it in veg
