MMPR Health Canada swamped

Ya the big announcement from HC is gonna be "we still don't know what we're doing " And 'will continue to run this likes it's our own little empire"

rnr talks MMPR most of the time.
He hasn't given any other information.

Timing feels right.. been quiet for a while. If they want to keep delaying they need to keep sending out rounds of revisions / updated requirements.
 
Health Canada can continue to make it nearly impossible to become an LP.
"Oh, now we need you to have 2 QA people minimum and your RPIC has to be _____________ and your facility has to have _____________"
 
There was so thing about this on the CBC this morning....I think they were just reporting about the massive number of applications HC has received thus far.
 
There could be a considerable larger application pool....to "weed" thru if all the MMar growers had filed applications as well...
there could easily have been thousands by now.....then what....??
consider 25,000 lps all with only one customer each....its possible and of course you would lose money under the mmpr....but the tax laws apply....since its a business...
so it could work out....at tax time.

I can also picture this scenario,if it became necessary where a complex could hold
300 or 400 individual rooms , for say MMar current growers/under a co-operative nature using mmpr rules.... sharing expenses like security and maintenance...testing
ensuring fire safety,and compliance, the upside is your extra mj could be sold legally thru the mmpr...or stored for future use in your vault.

this type of lp could feasibly put out 100's of different strains
