MMP or People vs. Kelly?

I was just wondering if you all follow the the guidelines set by the MMP regarding plant limits or if you go by the people vs kelly ruling saying the MMP can't set limits because it effects the CUA and is unconstitutional?

option C. Live in a no plant limit county where the AG's guidelines are pretty much the law.

With cops being the douches that they are MMP seems to be the safest bet for me. Though laws are in place about marijuana, it still isn't "legal" per say, and cops fucking hate stoners.

There are a few places out there which have passed specific "no plant limit" laws, going for sq ft limits instead.

Depends on the county. In most places I'd think of the Kelly decision as more of a safety net. You'll probably get off in court, but the cops will take your shit and lawyers are expensive.
