yummy. in hawaii we had a pig that was cooked in the ground for like a day. it was so damn good

I was this close to doing the Hawaii method this year.....Never done that method before so I decided to go with what I know......Since it was a big party with lots of hungry drunk people. Gotta find the time to do a practice Hawaii roast before I do an event.

Yum... have you ever had lechon?? Omg, its so good. I love Filipino food... then again, I have alot of Filipino friends too..
