+1 Illegal, definitely good to get a mix of light, but you dont have to mix and you dont have to go with just one spectrum of light. In my honest opinion with CFL's lumens doesn't mean a whole lot. watts to me matter more, or just the plants reaction to the light, because at an early age 4-5 26watt cfl's may work good, but if it gets 2 feet tall the bottom branches will be getting minimal light, maybe just enough to get by with some feathery buds. I'd save your money for a few weeks (yes, it is possible to save some money and go without smoking as much weed) and go to homedepot or a big box store like that and get 1 or 2 70 watt hps yard lights, they usually come with the ballast enclosed, they're only 60 or 70 bucks and considering you're spending around $8/each for cfl's it's really not that much more, and hps light penetrates WAY better than cfl's, plus you can pinpoint the hps light on just the plant, cfl's even when reflected are hard to control the direction of the light because it goes everywhere. goodluck with the grow!!! and READ READ READ, almost any question you may have has been asked before, so just search for it!
