Mixing my soil.. How long before the plants get transplanted?

I just planted some Master Kush and Swiss Cheese seeds in some red party cups with seed starter soil, under 4 26 watt CFLs. I need to mix my soil to transplant into. I have 5 plants, so five 2 or 3 gallon grow bags need to be filled with my soil mix of peat moss, worm castings, perlite, and dolomite lime. I know to mix it all up and get it good and wet, but how long should I let it sit to allow the nutrients to seap into the soil and it not be too hot and burn the plants?

the soil is what it is... the nutrients are there.. if anything it sounds like your waiting on the lime to break down. and you added that because the ph was high? so this could take 30 days to happen. otherwise if your ph is fine, there is nothing to wait on...

Oh ive heard of people mixing it early. Like with subcools super organic soil, I think you cant put plants in it for a month after you mix it or it could give the plants nute burn. I could be wrong..

That's because super soil has alot of amendments in it. you have to let the lime break down in his soil recipe to lower the ph levels. all the additions bring the ph level up, letting the soil "cook" allows the lime to do its job.
