Mixed too much coconut oil with 2 grams wax before decarbing

First time cooking with wax. I accidently melted 1/4 cup coconut oil with 2 grams of wax before I decanted the wax on a double broiler. The coconut oil and wax mix was on a double broiler at 240 degrees for about 30 minutes before I realized I was supposed to decarb the wax before I mixed in the oil. I saw tiny bubbles but nothing more so I took it off the stove to cool to try to separate the two to decarb with less oil. Not sure what the best route for going about to fix this problem.
