Yes, not to wish harm on anyone, but he needs to have someone close to him, or himself, seriously need medical cannabis to live.
You think if...his child was vomiting up all the man made medicines that the doctor was giving him/her and the ONLY way they could eat was to injest cannabis, and he knew it, would he let his child die? would he arrest them for surviving?
