misting plants

is it alright to mist plants and then put them back under lights or will they burn. also my plants are curling up along the leaf edges, is this over heating?

You can mist them but make sure there is no big drops on the leaves use a very fine mist or atomiser to mist.Unless you need humidity or are foiliage feeding or spraying with carbonated water for co2 dont really need to mist.Make sure lights arent too close .You can use the hand test.Put your hand at the top of the plant back of your hand up and hold it there.If its comfortable your probably good if its very warm or getting hot and uncomfortable raise the light some and repeat.

have done the hand test and it seems fine. its warm but not burning hot.
would it be a good idea to have a bowl of water in the grow cuboard to give moisture.
