Mistake!!! Help!!!

hey.. buddy of mine said he had his things on 18/6 light/dark .. and his lights go out at 1am .. and i guess he left his main light on downstairs.. just a 100W light pretty close by the lifeforms.. and he was wondering if will FOR sure cause males now.. OR should he start 12/12'ing tonight? OR should he put them on 24hours light now for a few days and then go 12/12 ?? ? what is the best way to fix this mistake.. some of the lifeforms have hairs already.. and they are ALL female for sure from the start.. since taken from a mommy to begin with..

just want to calm him down.. he's super stressing.. PLZ help.. asap! thanks..

if ur in veg ur cool man, the dark cycle is not critical, although DO NOT let that happen in flower, although i am confused because u say there are "white hairs"- this means they vegged long enough and are showing preflowers, at this point u can switch the lights to 12/12, remember absolute darkness during dark cycle, good luck

if they are in Veg no worries. you can do 24/0 if ya want. if it's flowering then you got some problems.
