Missouri Recreational Marijuana?

On November 8 we vote on Recreational Marijuana.

I already have my Medical Permit. I'm trying to find if this passes will it influence me?

I'm trying to find out online and all I can find is that Permit will be for 3 years instead of annual. So I'm taking it that Medical and Recreational are two different deals and basically grow as usual.

I was talking with another he said he was going to vote against it because it gave the Cops more authority.

Sucks about your buddy, but if it is anything like Michigan, it is a nice toe in the water, and in a few years when everybody is still very happy with it there will be a real update in the laws that allows businesses to really take over.

What I've found out is for now Medical is separate but if this passes instead of annual the permit will be for three years.

I was worried getting Medical felt it might put a target on me. Well kind of, the day I got my Permit every Law Enforcement in the County knew. Had a guy tell me like this they know.

Still on the Fence with this. Get right to it I'll probably be dead by the time Government does anything.

Usually, the state medical laws say something like simply being a member of the registry does not constitute probable cause for a search. You really have to read through the laws to get the nitty gritty details.
