Yeah, it's not perfect, but it's a big step in the proper direction. It seems there should be more oversight on the shitty legal licensed growers who work the system as in the thread that started this.

Frankly, I don't like settling, but I think this is a good concession until its federally legalized.

I get drug tested for work (union) and if this passes, my hall will more than likely stop testing.

My shop doesn't do federal work as far as I'm aware. I don't have a problem staying sober anyhow. My name is Tolerance Break for a reason.
