First, my order was delayed twice. They dispatched 2 weeks late, and then my seeds arrived and they didn't dispatch my 4 free seeds which was the only reason I went with their sorry asses over the good folks at the 'Tude (my mistake, I followed up with an order with Attitude with no issue as usual) .
I took photos of what was in my pack, which was just my normal order with nothing else.
Replied politely twice and have heard nothing back which to me (in business) is always an admission of defeat.
And NO just because you stamp my invoice with 'free seeds inside' doesn't make me think they may have been skimmed off my order by the post folks... It makes me think you ran out of promos before you dispatched my order and then simply didn't send them and hoped for the best.
