Minimal Veg Lights Needed?

Hey there, Ive been growing oudoors for the past several years, but just started growing indoors since I was given a 150 watt hps kit. Ive been finishing flowers two sativa plants I had outdoors all summer. I had taken four clones off her and had been using the 150 w light to keep the little ladies growing, but now thats its getting cl here in the midwest I have moved them to my veg box, but I only have a few 2 ft tubes florencese lights working, so they have becae quite leggy. With not alot of funds or materials what should I do? Peace

they should work out good enough. what is the wattage? sativas need a bit more and do get leggy. i rec lst or topping if you plan on keeping them in there long. i veg with fls though works out great. I usually uuse the cheapo t12s 4 foot two bulb shop lights form bigbox repair stores (15$) because i have more than two plants veggin usually. they run 40w a bulb. so i usually use 3 two light setups in my closet
