miniature caterpillars

something hatched!
About 100 miniature caterpillars with tiny black heads and white bodies.
They make webs!

Iv been spraying but the question is,

IS it to late, did they root into the stems or what the hell are they?

What is the name of this miniature caterpillar?

Pic please. Neem Oil has gotten rid of several pests for me. Mix per bottles instructions and it works. Caterpillars? Dont know.

Is this indoors or outdoors. And a pic will get many responces.

well I pretty much killed them and there to small for photos.
I have neem and the rest of the azo sprays...

Naw, spidermites are smaller and I get them with my cheapy Sony Cyber shot on macro. If you got them them no worries I guess huh?
