Mini Squirrel fan for CFL grow

I was looking online for some fans for a trash can bin grow box Im building and came across a Sony brand mini squirrel fan

Anyone ever use one of these?

I haven't used that one, but here is a similar 12V blower for 6 bucks:

I don't know the exact cfm, but the amount of air that it moves is almost like a shop vac. Almost as loud, too. I am using a PWM to turn the power down and make it quieter, but it sill keeps things cool enough. They are perfect for small grow chambers where a large squirrel cage would be overkill.
