Mini Split copper lines Condensating

Hey all,

My minisplit is getting condensation on the copper pipes nearest the indoor unit. The part that is condensing is exposed with no insulation like the rest of the line has around it. I have read that may be the problem? It only condenses when I use the cooler, not heating or fan. Do I simply just need to put some insulation around the last foot or two of piping that is not sealed with the foam wrap? Thanks for the help. My condensate line is not clogged by the way and is working. Only have the issue on cooling. Thanks!

edit: could also be called "sweating" on the pipes I have read

Yes, insulating will stop the condensation.
Ok forgive me, so is it really that simple? haha I read there is some stuff at a home depot/ace hardware that you could buy that would like wrap around it and its black colored for insulating? Also, I believe that line is liquid nitrogen, so I have to be super careful when touching it correct? or just make sure it is off and hasn't been cooling for a bit so it's safe to touch and doesn't freeze burn me?
Thank you for the advice and help.

Yes they charge the lines with liquid nitrogen. I think that is the coolant. and Yes that is what I was reading about it appears, and also matches pretty exact what I have on the majority of the line just in a different color, white. Ok sweet thank you. So I believe they recommend the 1/2 inch on these copper lines for the minisplit.
Please don't confuse that armacell for armalite, many many people have been confused about this, many people.

Ok thanks for the heads up I appreciate that! So I am going for the armacell. Do I need to take care if I touch the copper with my hands due to the cold? I assume since it doesnt sweat when not in cool mode, I am fine if I leave it off for a solid few hours like it already will be when I get to it tomorrow?
