Mills Nutrients

Greetings Forum,

I just transitioned to Mills (Mills Pays the Bills) nutrients. I was hoping someone had some experience running the line. It comes with Base A&B and three Start, C4, PK Booster, and Vitalize which is their silicate. I'm not 100% sure if this line is complete. I know Cal/Mag is a must, but does anyone know if it needs anything more? Like maybe a sweet product? I appreciate any and all advice you guys can give me about this line. Thank you very much.

Don't know how long you've been growing, your media, indoors or outdoors. All you really need is NPK, and micronutrients including Ca, and Mg. Not famuliar with Mills (but they are pricey), but whenever I see "suites" of products, I cringe a little.

All these companies putting these "lines" or as phyto put it "suites" of their nutrients together like you have to use all of their products is for ripping people off. I dont know what the NPK ratio of their base a and b are but thats probably all you need. I often veg with one brand and flower with another, my plants cant read the brand label.

Iv used them. They stretch quite far as you dont have to use alot. If your using led lighting then I do recommend you get some cal mag. You can use just a/b right the way from veg to flower no addition and they do good.The additional stuff works goocd when you start using it at the right times.The vitalize stuff is really strong too, it gets absorbed fast. For example I find when using it the stems do get solid . For rooting that Start does work good too. Number of times ive had plants in soil were fore some reason or other the roots are growing slow and thin. I will add just that Start and the roots get going fast and strong. But you will need cal mag as the problem is many nutrients are still moving from hid type feed to more led growth suitable feed, especially more so in Europe (dont know about USA). An no you wont need anything else

I appreciate the info. I was wondering what the start did compared to the c4.
