As for tyson, I feel sorry for the guy, if he wants to do coke thats his business, why is the world so intent on telling us what we can and can't do with our bodies.

What a Fall from grace..
He'll have to do a year'ish on the 4 year charge w/ priors most likely.
Doing drugs is one thing.. Doing them and recklessly endagering non drug using citizens is another altogether!!
He was driving excessively fast while high as a kite.
= Jail time
If you're gonna' be high and drive, do it like a very reasonably safe person.
