MIFing or TOPing and the plant's stability when windy

The area where it grows is windy and already 1 time to stem 'fall' and I needed to fix it to point up again.

I'm thinking about fiming or topping, are 4 new stems more stable against wind than 2 new stems ?

Broken stem ...tape it up, is the easiest and most practicable method, don't even remove the tape after a long time if it looks OK.

Its wind to us, but C02 removal device to the plants, as the C02 emits itself from the plants leaves, wind(natural or by fan) is needed to blow the gases clear of the leaves so the plant don't suffocate, like with the sun, plants love it, but not too cold or rough, too rough wind the plant spends to much time growing the stem and trunk and not in general plant volume, so too much wind is like a plant that is either too hot, too cold, it spends too much time adapting to its current surroundings, and not enough on pleasing you the grower,
there is some new? stuff for growers that they can feed the plant, with Silicon, to enhance stem/trunk growth, for windy growers or guys who don't wanna use construction re-bar netting to hold up their buds.

The amount you FIM is in your case determined by location, a hit and miss affair, don't over do it!
