I'm pretty sure that regs and mids are both mexican sativa's. They are primarily grown outdoor and they are not taken care of very well because they are only grown for money. Plus, they are almost never sinsimilia. I had a buddy plant some seeds that he found in a sac of mids and he got one female that turned out nice. It grew real big on his padio and took a long time to finish. The taiste was piney and the high was soaring but not very strong. Hope that helps.

Mids are just the quality rather than any particular strain. "Middies" or the "shwiggitty wiggity" can be home grown but usually are a result of one or a combination of abused or sickly plants, contains thc destroying seeds, cured incorrectly, or just plain old expired bud. This is not to say that some strains are middle quality to begin but why bother... but if you want to most middies can be turned into descent bud with proper care and lack of seeds.

If size is a huge concern, I'd try growing some lowryder or a lowryder cross. I'm growing 7 plants in a closet right now but once they are all done I'm going to order some master-low seeds. Lowryder strains are autoflowering and grow from seed to harvest in only 8-10 weeks. The plants also only grow to about 12"-14" tall. I'd check it out.

I just read an article here that says you shouldnt get pure lowryder, as it is not very strong, intsead you should get a cross. There have been a couple of crosses that have higher potency while maintaining the auto flower trait. You go to seeds direct, go to seed list, then lowryder seeds.

if your gonna grow for your self. gro some good. not mids. mids means midd-grade. atleast around here it dose. it's alright and normal 10 for aobout g g.5. but if your gonna grow to sell. id sell mids. cuase people'll buy it, and its not as importnat to know exact measures

Growing bag seed "mid" DOES NOT equal mid quality results. My first grow put out some of the finest pot my friends and I have smoked. I do not believe for one minute that seeds from "wherever" will be BETTER. As good, I'll go for, but not BETTER. Most mid pot is the result of a commercial grow. And you will never get pot as good from a commercial grow as you'll get from a small private grow.
Bingo!!! I was buying WW from a local grower, and this Sativa I have is every bit as good as that, if not better, since I get to chose the effect I want. Even my grower was surprised at how good that bagseed turned out.

Yeah bagseed can actually produce some pretty decent shit
As far as size concerns, try lst'ing, super cropping, or doing SOG style
Or you can just flower small. Im doing a mix of lst'ing my plants, then flowering small after I top them a few times

dude, plants arnt sinsimallia because of strain ...
mids have seeds because they are grown outdoors where pollen cant be controlled and not all males can be killed.

I'm pretty sure that's what he meant. If you buy a bag of mids, you're expecting seeds. Just how it's grown.
Also growing bagseed, and hoping the final product is better then the shit I got the seeds in.
