midget plants?

i planted a seed
and after a month little white hairs stared coming out of it
and since then it has been on a 12/12 lighting schedule
but it is only half a foot tall
but it has white hairs all over it?

i think i have like an autoflowering strain or something
what do you guys think?

Depending on where you live it could be a good autostrain but if you live near kentucky chances are it is your common ruderalis wich is no good to you unless you want to make rope. But i would grow it out just to see i have grown alot of seeds from ugly ass mexican sativa that wouldnt get you high even if you smoked the whole bag and it turned out to be the fire so dont not grow it grow and hope for the best
