legalization could have been a good thing in so many ways if handled properly....but the deck was stacked at the fat cat level...
so many new jobs and businesses...all paying taxes and doing this thing the right way....with the government sitting back collecting the hst on everything from nematoads to water...and beyond....and cannabis would have created its own sector of a market designed to enlighten people..and spread some knowledge.....not feed the wallets of fat cats......

tonight's banter blamed on sativa strain "grapefruit."..lol from cali...

That's where the US trumps us (excuse the pun), they're a little more open and small businesses can fit in. Some states though are coming up with similar schemes, but over all it's a lot more open. Small business creates more jobs and spreads the wealth, not just at one layer.

1) Set up multiple micros
2) Operate and produce to resemble high market cap and valuation
3) Accomplish contracts and supply agreements
4) After 2years, sell it all.

5) Retire with millions and enjoy your life with a 4light personal grow.
Actually that is already happening. Every one I know that is setting up places atm for micro its to be bought out by a bigger LP. Cash in and then start over again with more capital. Rinse and repeat. Oh and its already been done a few times where LP's bought out startups even before the new regulations.

A lot of talking and chasing tails in here. Bottom line, get your shit together if you want in the micro game. All the other BS will work itself out in the near future.
