Sorry for it being late, but my thoughts and prayers go out to you.
A better place awaits us all, with no pain or persecution or hatred.
All love.

Time for that long waited up-date

Mickey Kush is just finishing week 6

The plants were grown in Sunshine #4 mix with fresh compost and some extra perlite was added.
For feeding every 2 weeks they were given TLO Tea's and water in between the feed.Thats it.Very simple and easy to work with.
I took cuts of plant #2 but not #1 as she is to tall and wide for my space.

Plant #1 is very Sativa dominant and her flowers are fat and pointy but yet very dense and hard packed like a kush would be.The buds aren't very large and yield is low but the lack of yield I blame on grower error from working recently with tea's.
She/they had there last feed at the 5 1/2 week mark and have been on plain water sinse.

Like I was saying earlier, the buds are very hard packed and dense to the squeeze test.
She should have had more "N" in her diate as by week 5 she was showing earl signs of fading. Its not that big a deal at this time cause she'll be coming down in the next week or 2.

The glands are mostly cloudy with a bit of clear and a dash of early amber heads.
Her aroma is Skunky / Fruity with an added Spicy smell but give the bud a lite squeeze and you get hit with a fresh citrusy lemon scent (Ocan smack's his lips)

I couldn't get a good full plant shot cause she is to tall and wide and I can't quite get back far enough so bud pics will have to do.

Plant #2 is more my size lol.She stayed short yet her branch's spread out like a sat but much more stronger and tighter spacing between nodes.
The flowers are spear shaped but not as dense as her sister. She still has a week or 2 to fatten and tighten up though.I'll do my best to get one more photo shoot in b4 harvest.

Her aroma is more complex with this rotten fruitish smell thats kinda of skunky at the same time. She also has this very fruity smell that you 1st notice when you enter the bud room. The smell is overpowering everything else.Give the bud a gentle squeeze and you are awarded with a fresh lemon scent. I have to admit,I'm intrigued with this Lemon thing going on but you don't notice it till you squeeze the bud.

Anyway, here are some photo's of her

Thats it for now
later
Ocan.

Looks great man! Sorry to here about your dad. I lost my parents a few years back, so I know how hard it is. Keep your head up!
Sorry for your loss too
Its never easy for anyone particularly when you really do care about them. My parents were married for 54 years for which is almost in heard of in this time

most people these days find it easier to get a divorce rather than work things out

Mickys kush has been my favorite smoke out of the 10 or so TGA strains i have tried.

mine was sativa dom, tall and very foxtail light weight buds, hardly any leaf.
