Hey all I'm Kruzty from the Berrien County Compassion Club and wanted to welcome you all to our Michigan thread. Feel free to ask questions as I've been doing this since the law started and am pretty well up on the new law. Lots of other folks from Michigan here on riu so lets start networking and helping each other.

ok so my bad back sometimes needs an oxy-

my girl goes to the little family owned pharmacy in town and picks it up for me(normally when i need it i can't drive) =no problems

so now i'm legal don't wanna drive so i send her to a family friend for medicine and she gets pulled over on the way home does she have some type of immunity from prosecution of posession for legally obtaining my meds
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
also i keep having dreams of starting a dispensary-
not a normal one where 2 guys charge exorbitant prices for grams of meds but one where prices are fair and don't discourage non maurijauna users from its viability
i am also intersted in the exchange of the rest of the plant and it's cousins, globally there is a nice market on hemp fiber and that aspect alone could make a greenhouse profitable
greenhouse/supplies/meds

p.s. sub'd

I know some felons with them. Law enforcement has to subpenoa health dept records, to even find that out. That is a iffy law, with some clearification needed.

If the Health Dept approves. And u get u license. The only way to find out, would be for a cop to pull u over. Than run your name, pulling up the felony, right? Then he would have to know, the MMJ law, to know, ur illegal. Right??

im just saying that the mmmp will not approve your application if you have been convicted of a drug related felony. i heard of someone who was denied for having a felony related to vicoden.

you really need to have medical records within the last 3 years. if i were you i would go to your regular doc for back pains. after he gives you a script for pain killers go back in a week and say it didnt work you wanna try weed. he says yes and your all set. he says no then ask for your med records and go to THCF clinic in southfield (just an example, theres many doctors, pm me i can refer you to one). you can be legal by june.

alright my mom is a shoe in she has MS but my question is who is the cheapest doc around she dont feel comfortable talking with her normal doc. and as far as me i have shoulder and back probs but dont go to the doc because i have no insurance. is there a doc that can do something or am i gonna have to go to a doc a good 3 4 times first. im pretty sure i know the answer to that last one i guess i need to start saving money for a lot of doc visits. but i will be caregiving for momma either way.

For u, id wait, if $$$ and insurance is an issue. The new healthcare will be avail very shortly. If u can get medicaid, then ur set, plus the MMJ fee is like $25 or somethin. Where are near? (dont need exact for legal purpose:):) There is a good one in Howell, he is $100. In Lansing there are a few, from $150-$180. If u have ANY documented pain in the system. U can sign a medical release and the MMJ Dr. will help u. If not, they dont get ur $$$$

I got a quick question. I'm a legal Michigan Medical Marijuana patient. I live with my best friend...and I grow in my room/closet....I know everything needs to be locked up..would it be legit to just put a new door knob with a key lock on the door to my room? Or do i need to lock my closet and my veg tent? Would be much easier if i could just lock my room up.
