Michigan a Legal Recreational State?

If us michiganders could all band together i think/hope it could be on the next presidential election ballot.
Unfortunately the real question is how would it be regulated?
Pretty sure gov. snyder wouldn't let this happen though....

Just takes a vote. IN CO and WA, not sure their governors were all on board either. And their AGs? Screw them. Their top cops? They lose cash for putting people in boxes. The people listened to all their whining and said we're voting for it anyway. The people rule.

I'd love to see us make this push for a regulated state, being the first on the east coast would be nice and definitely bring a lot of desperately needed money to this state.

Could bring millions of $ for infrastructure. Jobs, industry.

And grow hemp fiber for shit's sake!

Just thinking the same thing! infrastructure, healthcare, education and pensions. All these things that we need to fix but all cost money.... its sitting in front of their damn faces:wall:
Honestly the numbers would probably be in the billions for each state, from taxes and licensing.
once this industry truly takes off, and not just medical and recreational marijuana but industrial hemp production and manufacturing as well, we will probably see an explosion of this industry.
For the past 70+ years the scientific community has been hard pressed to not study marijuana for its medical purposes but its "addictive and destructive" properties.
I truly believe there are hundreds if not thousands of uses for the plant that we haven't even fathomed.

A trichome is Actual mariJuana plant material, so all extracts are either legal, or they have contradicted themselves within their own law.

Can't disagree those who don't want change will kick and scream to the end. In the end landmines will be removed.

We need to keep in mind that the current management didn't want MMMJ, but that pesky vote thingie got in the way.

A foolish man in robe clearly more confident than correct. Welcome to the current US "justice" system :eyesmoke:

Just-us system, or justice system?

Likely most. Although, as far as economics ($) go, the current US "justice" system and supporting cast characters are setting historical records unimaginable by our founding fathers. From tax to criminal law, from "family" to "civil" courts could anyone have ever foresaw such a rich and powerful "service" sector taking such an unfair share of the GDP pie as it does today?

Big $$ in citizen incarceration. Shine a light on this, civil forfeiture, and the rest of this old nutjob scheme.

And let me plant my damn hemp!
