MH Veg question

Okay so all but one of my 10 fem'd seeds has sprouted and been transplanted into dirt. I currently have them under some fluorescent tube lights, they are about 2" tall.

When I can switch into veg under my 600 watt MH?
Also what lighting schedule should I use? When can I start using nutes?

I recently had 10 sprouted plants in soil and the first day or two I had them under fluoro and then put them under 400w MH. The heat increased but I needed it anyways. Also the watering frequency increased too. Anyways, I had no problems at all putting them under the MH right away pretty much when they were about 2" tall or so. I started the light at like 30" the first day but they stretched quite a bit so moved down to 19". They still were stretching and not burning so I moved it to 15" and have kept it there and they seem to like it there. No burning of leaves or anything like that. I'm just over a week right now into the grow and they have been growing fast everyday. I have been using the 18/6 schedule. It's up to you what you want to use (18/6, 20/4, or 24/0) but I like to have the lights off for a while to save energy and give them some dark time like it is in nature.

i use m/h from the first day to 12/12 then i swich to hps .
