Thanks bro.. Yeah hps will def give you a better outcome but sometime you've got to go with what you got lol...

Check out https://www.ultralohydro.com/index.php?l=product_list&c=3 they sell there light combos pretty cheap and you'll definately see a big difference with a 600 watt lamp and good reflector.. The only complaint I have with Ak-48 is it gets you high as hell but the high only lasts around 30 minutes and honestly the high really depends on how long you let it flower.. If your looking for a knock you on your ass couchlock kinda high let it go untill trichomes are mostly amber but if your looking for more of an energetic high pull her when there mostly cloudy..

ouch. im a working pothead. i wake and bake, smoke on the way to work, smoke at lunch, smoke on the way home, then smoke til i go to sleep. i sometimes feel as though im high when im not. im kinda trying to find something that last so i dont have to smoke as much.

i've got the kaya48, afghan kush, and jackberry stains going as we speak.

i've also got some dank bagseed plants/mothers that have been giving me 4 to 7 day rooted clones out da ass.

i need to post pics but i worry about site security with regard to pics.

an all day smoker myself, i prefer plants that are indica dominant.

that said, my good hommie is a total sativa nut.

he & i disagree till the cows come home on what gives the best all around, most potent, and less is more high.

i dont want to have to smoke 8 bowls, or two eLs, or bong hit after bong hit, all day long.

bake. enjoy. re-bake.

i find indicas do "the less is more" best for me.

i've yet to try the ak48... looking forward to it. those plants are at two weeks.

i smoked some lemonade kush today... twas yummy.

Try Nirvanas Black Jack, Nirvanas White Widow or Red Dragon from Barneys Farm.. All long lasting with a real nice high.. Becareful with the Red Dragon if your not used to this girl she'll kick your ass lol (very potent)..
 
been a while since i updated, my bad. my girls are filling out so nicely. will have pics soon, in the process of upgrading my phones, the camera is one of the big ticket items.
 
best of luck on your grow, will look for the pics later bub. I just harvested the rest of mine and i smoked a few bowls of it and was lit off my ass for quite some time. Ever since then its been flyin out of the jars, down to 3 more jars.....hehe

awesome grow! i just started flowering and i cant wait to get some buds!!! looking good. how tall are they?
 
i dont get why those last pics make the buds look small, oh well. right now id say about a third of the hairs are red. they damn near stopped taking in water and the trichromes are starting to get cloudy, time to start my flush. Grotek has flavored flushes for the res, anyone ever use these? ive only just flushed with water, molasses, and superthrive (cut out last 3-5 days).
 
awwww shit its almost time to harvest. the trics are cloudy in color, and the res has been ran with water, couple drops of superthrive, and final flush. the bottle of final flush says to run an hour before cutting, but ive been using it for a week. it doesnt hurt the plants, but is apparent that its getting rid of the nutes, the big fan leaves are turning yellow. im debating to cut tomorrow or not. i know "wait another week man" but i go by science and the trics at this color will turn amber in a few days and will mature more while curing, so i think its time. how long did i flower, dunno maybe 8-10 weeks. but i took a small cutting and put it in front of the fan for a couple days. i smoked it this morning and damn its the cleanest tasting cannabis ive tried, but the flavor is lacking, gonna need some surpurb curing on this one.
 
ok, i harvested and thought i had a qp. well, seems with mh it became very fluffy, idk maybe strain? but it was bagseed and wouldnt make sense that a commercial grower would choose this strain. either way, its stronger than before, has a different taste and there are no seeds at all in any of mine. i guess im better at making good smoke than weight, oh well switching to hps. btw i only got 3ozs from it, and 5 grams resin oil. now how do i close this out?

and im starting two other threads, might combine them, but i have 4 bubblegum females at 16-20" right now in soil and am starting 5 ww females when i buy this light. how come a 250 cost the same as 400?
