MG organic help!!

k so my old grow spot as i said in my last thread is not so hidden now. so i got a new spot but i dont think it will work as good.need to grow in pots its to far of a hike (2miles) for me to carry all the things i need for me to grow in ground.so im using a five gallon pot and a smaller one think its 2 or 3 gallons.just trynna get an oz or two
but to get to my questin im going to use MG organic. and i never used any fertilizers before so will i be able to mix nutes with my soil.?if so what should i use? or even better do i need to use anything since im using MG?
any advice/tips will be nice

You dont need to add anything to the soil. Ive used the miracle grow organic in my first grow. If its all you got then use it but there is nutrients in the soil and your plant should be good for like 3 weeks to a month then you might have to start using soil. If your using pots of that size you should most deffinatly be able to get a few ozs. Are you veggin them then putting them in soil or just going out to plant a seed?
 
Using nutrients after 3 to 4 weeks sorry not soil. If you can afford a better soil i would go with it. MG is deffinatly not the best soil for the ladies to grow up in
 
i know MG is not the best but imma just use it cuz i had an extra bag. how much is a few ozs??i never grew in pots before. and im just going stright from seed.
 
3 gallon pot would be perfect a few oz is a couple ounces an ounce=28 grams. Since i dont know were you live and how long your growing season is and when it is. You just dont want them to veg for a 4 months in the 3 gallon pot because then it may be too small and get root bound a good rule is for each month the plant is alive a gallon is added for a one month plant a gallon pot is fine a 3 month old plant a 3 gallon pot. I had a plant in a 4 inch pot and got over an oz off it
 
I and a whole bunch of others use mg there really is nothing wrong with it. It's kinda like when I was in high school and some kids had to have the brand name clothes instead of just a shirt from Walmart, its a odd thing how people are so against using it even when they haven't.

do you still use it or dd you change?? did you use and ferts when you used MG?
 
Use the soil and while your plants are going to be fine dont use any nutes until you see that it needs them. You dont have to make it more difficult than it is. I didnt use any nutes in my mg soil until flowering but by that time they had used up all that was in the soil. Use nutes when they start showing a defficency and for that you are going to have to do some research. If you are ever going to use nutrients with your mg soil start out at 1/4 of the recomended dose then work your way up
